  • Please read my Terms of Service carefully and thoroughly while commissioning me. After reading my TOS, DM me on Twitter, Instagram, Discord or email me at [email protected] to discuss and order a commission.

  • You must be 18+ to commission suggestive and NSFW art. If you're under 18, you are only allowed to commission SFW art AND must have a parent or guardian to agree upon your behalf. Commissioning NSFW art as a minor is prohibited for the sake of internet safety for both me, as an adult, and the minor.

  • For the sake of boundaries, only friends are allowed to commission SFW and NSFW art with my Vsona, fursona, and OCs.

  • All clients must agree that it is my right to be experimental in my art, animations, and designs however I please. If there is a specific style you want, it's your responsibility to communicate that in DMs or email me at [email protected]. Please make sure your DMs are open (As well as check your message requests on Twitter and Instagram or add me as a friend on Discord) incase you'd want to discuss changes on Twitter, Instagram, Discord, or VGen.

  • All income I make off of commissions will be used for personal/emergency purposes, necessities, and student debt. If you don't have the income to afford a commission from me, YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO COMMISSION ME!!!

  • DO NOT REPRODUCE OR CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN!!! You are free to use my commission art for personal use (profile pics, banners, posts, etc.) as long as you credit me for the work. Proper credit is important when sharing my art as I take art theft very seriously.

  • You do not have any rights to use my commission work or any of my art for NFTs or AI purposes.

  • If you want to use my commission art for commercial use (selling or reselling, under someone else, merchandise, video content, products, on another platform, etc.), it is your responsibility to communicate with me about that. Total payment for commercial use will cost 2x of the original price. Whether you are an individual, a studio, or a business (agencies, groups, or other organizations), DM or email me to discuss more details about your projects and plans.

  • I retain original ownership, copyright, redistribution, and intellectual property rights, which includes but not limited to advertising, printing, and displaying my artworks and WIPs on social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc.), portfolios, and video media platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) If you want to remain anonymous or the commission private, it is your responsibility to let me know beforehand. You must also let me know if you’re comfortable having your commission streamed on my Twitch for SFW or suggestive art or Picarto for NSFW art.

COMMUNICATION, PROCESS, PAYMENTS, & COMPLETION

  • Full payments must be done through Ko-fi Commissions (Paypal or Stripe). Currency must be in USD.

  • I do not accept cryptocurrency as payments.

  • Clear communication through DMs or email will make things easier for me to understand how you want your commission to look. Provide many references, descriptions, and specific details of your commission.

  • Sketches and WIPs of your commission will be sent as a PNG or MP4 file to confirm if everything I draw, designed, or animated is what you wanted. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions, concerns, or anything specific you want! The only thing I won't tolerate is being ghosted so please communicate your thoughts out! If for whatever reason you don't respond to my messages during the WIP stage, I have the right to move onto another client if you do not respond within 2 weeks!!!

  • Commissions are first come, first serve and you need to be patient if you're under my waitlist. If there's a deadline you want the commission completed by, it is your responsibility to discuss with me about that. Failure to communicate your deadline will result in delays in the commission process so please communicate with me about it. Commissions with rush orders will cost an extra $75!!!

  • Do not pressure/force me to draw anything I am uncomfortable with or not used to drawing. Please look into my "WON'T DRAW" list to expect what I'm okay or not okay with drawing. Any specific NSFW kink/fetish that's not under my "WILL DRAW" or "WON'T DRAW" list, please discuss through DMs/email about it so that I can decide if I'm comfortable drawing it or not!!!

  • Do not rush me if I haven’t started on your commission! I may be taking breaks, extremely busy with personal life, unmotivated and/or burned out to draw anything. Look into my Commission Queue (Trello) if you are concerned if I started on your commission or not!!! Otherwise if I may have forgotten to update it, please don't hesitate to DM or email me for updates or questions about delays!!!

  • Your commission may be completed or on hold for 3 to 5 months or longer since I am busy dealing with personal life stuff. I will do my best of my ability and knowledge to ensure that every client's commission is 100% original and complete sooner or later. Refunds are only acceptable if the sketching progress has been on hold after 3+ months. Last minute refunds after the sketching, WIPs, and completion are unacceptable! Clients must not to issue chargebacks on Paypal or Stripe without any communication or reason!!!

  • My limit for revisions after sketching progress is up to 3. Requesting a 2nd and 3rd revision will cost $50 fees each. I will not accept revisions after commissions are complete so please communicate properly if you want something changed during the work in progress stage!!!

  • Tips are acceptable through Ko-fi. Any amount you want to give is appreciated!

T.O.S. FOR VTUBER MODELS & LIVE2D RIGGING PROCESS

  • Keep in mind that I am still considered new to Live2D rigging. Please be patient with me trying to remember how the tools work! Until I know what I’m doing within this program, this rule will be deleted/revised.

  • I do not do stream graphics (overlays, screens, Twitch panels, and schedules). Commission a graphic designer in the Vtuber art community or on VGen who is able to do these things instead.

  • Clients have the option to draw their own model while I do the rigging or I can draw your model without rigging it if you choose to commission another Live2D rigger. I allow rigging models drawn by another artist.

  • If you are commissioning just the Vtuber modeling, you will only be charged for the body choices (Waist, Chibi, or Full Body) of your model including the amount of expressions, idles, and alternative outfits/hairstyles ordered. Please communicate properly how many expressions and alternative outfits/hairstyles you want.

  • If you are commissioning just Live2D rigging, you will only be charged for the rigging including the amount of animated expressions, idles, and alternative outfits/hairstyles. If you're drawing the model by yourself, communicate how many expressions, idles, and alternative outfits/hairstyles you are making. Make sure every body parts are cut separately including accessories, small details, & shadings/lightings depending on the areas they’re in. This depends on your model and design choices.

  • If you want a Vtuber model, Live 2D rigging, and emotes, you will be charged for all of them. You must communicate properly how many expressions and alternative outfits/hairstyles you want as well as the emotes. The limit of Twitch/Discord emotes I can draw is up to 30. Animating or rigging one or more emotes will cost a fee per animated/rigged emote requested!

I have every right to quit working on your commission, block you, and/or blacklist you if you give me any form of mistreatment (disrespect, threats, impatience, harassment, false accusations, etc.)!!!If you feel suspicious about commissioning me or hate how expensive my prices are, please consider commissioning another artist that's affordable within your price range!!!

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL WORKING ON YOUR COMMISSION IF:

  • You harassed, insult, threatened, discriminate, and/or give me an attitude through DMs or email. I will either call you out, block you, and/or blacklist you if you do this to me.

  • You believe artists don’t deserve to get paid for art or complain that my prices are too high/expensive. My prices are based on the time, hard work, and effort I put into my illustrations, designs, or animations are worth.

  • You support NFTs and AI art and try to justify them.

  • You disrespect me even if I stated my reasons why your commission was delayed. Reminders or asking for refunds are fine, but please keep in mind that I have a life outside the internet and you have to be patient. Further disrespect will lead to cancelling your commission.

When did you start drawing?/Who taught you how to draw?

My mom actually taught me how to draw basic stuff for entertainment when I was a toddler. I started to self-taught myself drawing around 1st grade (around 6-7 years old maybe) back when I used to draw Sonic, Pokemon, Kirby, Spyro the Dragon, Hamtaro, and Hello Kitty related stuff. I started drawing digitally with a mouse when I was 10 years old and then switched to using drawing tablets til 2016.

Where are you from? What languages do you speak?

I live in the US. I only speak English since my mom never taught me Tagalog.
I am trying my best to improve my Japanese, speak Chinese, and Korean!

What did you study/major in?

I’ve been studying visual arts, animation, and illustration since 2015.
I discovered and understood the process of how cartoons and anime were made behind scenes as a teenager. This desired me to work on animation and set up my online animation studio where I can publish my work of independent series projects!

Do you do requests, art trades, collabs, or commissions? Do you do free art?

I don’t do requests since I don’t have a lot of free time on my hands to draw random things for everybody unlike when I was younger. Art trades, collabs, and commissions (SFW & NSFW) of my OCs with other OCs are only for close friends, both irl and online. I only open commissions when I say they are open for in slots/limited time, indefinitely open, or for emergency purposes.DMing me and pressuring me for free art will lead you to getting blocked as I clearly said I don't do free art/requests. Art/animation takes up a lot of time, hardwork, and effort to complete. I also have a life outside of art since it isn’t my full-time job 24/7.

Can I use/repost your art in other websites/social platforms or use/repost your art for roleplay?

Reposting my art on any platform to get more likes/followers to damage my recognition without credit or for roleplay purposes are forbidden. I take art theft very seriously and will have every right to report copyright claims against anyone who steals/repost my art without credit or for profit/commercial use without permission. If you're stealing/reposting my OCs for roleplaying purposes, that still counts as art theft AND OC theft! I do not allow and condone roleplay accounts using my OCs for roleplay!PLEASE COME UP WITH YOUR OWN CHARACTERS OR COMMISSION AN ARTIST TO DRAW AN OC FOR YOU!!!

How do you draw so well?/Where do I start with drawing?/How come your art is better than mine?/You're better at drawing art than me... I should quit...

I get this question from artists or beginner artists shaming themselves a lot like this.First off, refrain from comparing yourself to others as you have to understand that everybody starts somewhere with drawing. Nobody starts off drawing "good" as a kid or even at any age at first start. Saying stuff like "How come your art is better than mine?" or "You're better at drawing art than me... I should quit..." are not compliments as you think they are. It makes the artist uncomfortable just by telling them that and most of the time, they don't really know what else to tell you besides "Keep drawing".My best advice I can give to improve your art is to get out of your comfort zone to draw from real life, BUT ALSO research references of specific things what you want to get better at drawing. Whether it's references for original art or fan art, look up tutorials for anatomy, color, perspective, and other art fundamentals! Watching speedpaints/timelapse to observe how other artists draw, color, and shade is also a good way to improve. Obviously, this doesn’t mean stop drawing what you normally love drawing, but try to imitate what you see from life. When you imitate what you see from life into your art, your artworks will become better later on.🌈 I highly recommend going at Figure Drawing websites like Line of Action, Quickposes, AdorkaStock, etc. to time yourself to do figure drawing for both humans and animals. It definitely helps if you want your characters to look more expressive!🌈 Tracing/copying someone's work is also a good way to start as a beginner artist. Tracing screenshots/photographs can help you understand and develop your skills on how realism, stylization, and imagination works!
Please DO NOT upload them in any social media platform! Keep them private!🌈 If you're going to art school, majoring, or getting into a professional field in art, get out of the habit of tracing/copying. Come up with your own ideas of characters, concept art, original art, and fan art. Inspiration is fine, tracing/copying another person's work in a professional field isn’t. As Picasso once said, “Good artists copy, great artists steal”.All these things I've experienced being taught from high school to college or self-taught have always been ways for me to improve and keep drawing. It's also very important to just have fun with experimenting art in your own way. Explore your style, break rules, be proud of your art, and never compare yourself to others, especially in the art world on social media. Remember to take breaks and don't pressure yourself too much. Too much drawing can also make you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and less motivated to keep drawing. There's always more room and time to improve your art. Studying, experimenting, and practicing has no limits.
